Ten Sleep WY Aug 9 2023

Camped near Ten Sleep Canyon. Sunny as I drove across The Great Beartooth Basin but it started raining up in the nountains.  Next day 45 degrees and intermittent hail and rain.  Today, sunny and 70.

Doing a lot of scouting.   West Ten Sleep Creek looks very promising as does Clear Creek (limited access however).  Campgrounds are generally full and dispersed camping is also mostly occupied. 

It's nice to not have to worry about grizzlies!  Will probably start doing some fishing once I've scouted the lower half of Bighorns some more.
